Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyze a picture of the influence of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility on company performance in the Consumer Goods sector Jakarta Islamic Index 30 in 2017-2021 2) Analyze a picture of the influence of Good Corporate Governance on company performance in companies in the Consumer Goods sector Jakarta Islamic Index 30 in 2017-2021 3) Analyze an overview of the influence of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on the performance of Jakarta Islamic Index 30 Consumer Goods sector companies in 2017-2021. This type of research uses a quantitative approach; the data source comes from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data collection method uses the documentation method; the data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis and calculates ratios, which later uses the classical assumption test and then analyzes using multiple linear analysis. The results of this research are: 1) Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility did not significantly influence company performance in the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 Consumer Goods sector in 2017-2021. 2) Good Corporate Governance significantly influences company performance in companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 Consumer Goods sector in 2017-2021. 3) Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance simultaneously or together significantly influenced company performance in the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 Consumer Goods sector in 2017-2021. The conclusions of this research show that 1) the two variables, Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance, simultaneously or together influence company performance of 64.7%. 2) The Good Corporate Governance variable proves that the development of company performance can be improved by managing corporate governance well.
