Abstract
This article aimed to determine the factors influencing accounting students' career choices as public accountants: self-efficacy, financial rewards, and job market considerations. This research uses a literature study approach by examining relevant articles based on the Expectancy Theory. Research results from various literature studies show that from the literature review, the career choice as a public accountant is influenced by financial rewards and job market considerations.
