Abstract

TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants) has many benefits for treating and preventing various diseases. TOGA plants can be planted in the yard. The Seger Waras TOGA plant in Lebo Hamlet, Madiredo Village, Pujon, is one of them. The TOGA plants there have been cared for by the Agriculture Office that has been there, but unfortunately, the technology has not been touched in it. Not only that, but the labeling of toga plants is also fragile and has begun to be damaged over time. This service's purpose is for the manager and the community to utilize these toga plants and be technologically literate in the current era. This service method is carried out through digitization media by making barcodes that function to collect and identify around 90 types of family medicinal plants (TOGA) managed by the Seger Waras Independent Care Group. The community can access this barcode and guests via smartphone. The results of this service activity will facilitate access to knowledge, in this case, TOGA, to obtain information on the scientific names of plants, types, and benefits of TOGA. They can provide expertise so that they independently make traditional medicinal recipes to treat and prevent diseases. In addition, the community is also aware of cultivating medicinal plants independently in the yard, where the barcode system is updated following the development of scientific research.
