Using a qualitative research design, data was collected through a literature study reviewing articles that examined Generation Z's intentions to use Sharia banking services. The research results show that Generation Z's intention to use Sharia financial services is influenced by Sharia financial literacy, attitudes towards Sharia banks, costs and benefits, and the reputation of Sharia finance. These findings highlight the importance of promoting Sharia financial literacy and fostering positive attitudes towards Sharia banking among Generation Z in Indonesia. The results provide valuable insights for developing more effective marketing strategies for Sharia banking services and improving Sharia financial education targeting the younger generation.
