However, its development is still hindered by the non-standardized quality of pottery products. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of pottery products through quality management. Quality management is an approach used to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs and expectations. In the context of developing educational tourism in Kampung Gerabah Desa Pagelaran, quality management can be applied to enhance the quality of pottery products, which are the main attraction of the tourism site. The efforts to improve the quality of pottery products can be carried out through several stages, namely: Analysis of customer needs and expectations, Formulation of product quality standards, Measurement of product quality, Improvement of product quality.

The implementation of quality management in the development of educational tourism in Kampung Gerabah Desa Pagelaran is expected to enhance the quality of pottery products and the attractiveness of the tourism site, thus making the development of educational tourism in Kampung Gerabah Desa Pagelaran more optimal and sustainable.
