Abstract: The price of vegetables, especially broccoli, is very fluctuating so that it affects the achievement of the level of economic efficiency. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the level of economic efficiency in broccoli farming. Bumiaji Subdistrict, Batu City was chosen as the research area with the consideration that the area is a center for broccoli production. The sample was determined as many as 35 broccoli farmers using simple random sampling method with data analysis is the Cobb Douglas UOP profit function (Unit Output Price). The results showed that the average profit in broccoli farming was Rp. 28,804,454 / Ha, with an R / C ratio of 1.49. The factors of organic fertilizers, ZA fertilizers, and labor affect the profit of broccoli farming. Meanwhile, the cost of tools, seeds, SP-36 fertilizer, and NPK fertilizer did not affect the profit of broccoli farming.

Abstrak: Harga  sayuran khususnya brokoli sangat fluktuatif sehingga berpengaruh terhadap capaian tingkat efisiensi ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi ekonomi pada usahatani brokoli. Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu dipilih sebagai daerah penelitian dengan pertimbangan daerah tersebut sebagai sentra produksi brokoli. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 35 petani brokoli dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan analisis data adalah fungsi keuntungan  Cobb Douglas UOP (Unit Output Price). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata keuntungan pada usahatani brokoli sebesar Rp. 28.804.454/Ha, dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,49. Faktor pupuk Organik, pupuk ZA, dan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Keuntungan Usahatani Brokoli. Sedangkan faktor Biaya Alat, Bibit, Pupuk SP-36, dan pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keuntungan Usahatani Brokoli.
