Islamic education is important for human life, especially in fiqh material. One of the materials taught in fiqh is the difference between purification and cleaning. which difference between the two should be clearly known by everyone. This article discusses how the scientific approach influences the subject of fiqh regarding the differences between purifying and cleansing. this really needs to be discussed because religious learning is always considered monotonous. This research was conducted using correlation analysis with a sample of 30 students at SMP NU Hasyim Ashari Consideration Malang City. the significance value of the test that has been carried out shows the number 0,000 which means there is a correlation between the two variables, and the kpearson correlation value of 1,000 which shows a perfect correlation.
