Mulberry (Morus alba L.) has nutrions content and good adaptation potency. Mulberry (Morus alba L.) had proven to be used for smooth the process in the body and heal various diseases. Expensive plant growth hormones commercial become a obstacle for mulberry cuttings. This condition can be repaired with alternative plant growth hormones which derive from cheap waste banana peel, coconut water, and cow urine (CUPICU). The purpose of the research is to know the exact influence and  proper formulation of waste utilization peel banana as source of auxin, coconut water as source cytokines, and cow urine as source cytokines and giberelin its all as a commercial plant growth hormones replacement on mulberry crop growth. research was conducted for four months with six different treatment that is CUPICU A, CUPICU B, CUPICU C, CUPICU D, negative control and posiive control. This research begins with the stage of fermentation CUPICU which results in a pH in each solution banana peel 6,48, coconut water 6,32, dan cow urine 6,65 then made a combination CUPICU and continued to the application stage at the mulberry plant cuttings. Maintenance of mulberry plants includes watering, adding plant growth hormones, stitching and protection against pests. Observation parameters observed included number of shoots and number of leaves with observation once a week, and root lengths with bi-weekly observations. Suspected treatment CUPICU C tends to increase the growth of mulberry cuttings.
