Abstract
Indonesian National Women's Commission revealed that there were 259.150 cases of violence against women throughout 2016 and were compiled from data in the Religious Courts which handled by service provider parties. The data collected showed that 94% or 245.548 cases of violence againts wives were handled by Indonesian religious courts. Mudharabah contract is a business cooperation agreement between the fund owner and fund manager to conduct business activities, and profit is divided according to the agreement of both parties  The purpose of this research was to (1) describe the system of business capital of the mudharabah contract; (2) know the role of the business capital of the mudharabah contract; and (3) investigate the benefits of mudharabah contract business capital given to domestic violence woman in An-Nisa Cooperation. The results of the research indicated some aspects. First, the system of business capital of the mudharabah contract is on the basis of sharia concept which depends on trust for the provision of loan funds. Moreover, profits are divided according to the agreement of both parties with the concept of profit sharing. Second, the roles of business capital in the mudharabah contract can create a sense of trust, independence and creativity to start a business. Besides, it provides a better return for the consumers. Finally, the benefits of business capital for the mudharabah contract can empower women and suppress domestic violence.
