Abstract: Abstract: The existence of widely used sophisticated technology in modern era plays a significant role to increase student’s capability learning process. In terms of improving student’s capability, reducing barriers in the teaching and learning process has been one of the most crucial issues to take into account. When it comes to barriers, time, resource, and students’ outcomes are several challenges faced either by students or lecturer to overcome those terms. This study aimed to know the benefits of using google classroom in reducing barriers in teaching and learning process. This kind of online learning platform can actually facilitate the lecturers to share any kinds of theories and also assignments related to the topic of teaching and learning that should be acquired by the students. The current investigation used teaching and learning process is still talking about the classroom activity, which is only based on conventional learning. Descriptive qualitative approach was utilized in this study. By means of interview, the data were collected about lecturers’ perceptions who are using google classroom as their learning platform. Afterward, the data were transcribed and checked to arrive at the answers to the research question. The results have been revealed that the lecturers admitted the needs of extensive learning in terms of the implementation of google classroom as an online learning platform. The lecturers mostly stated that online learning could be one of the eligible choices to get the solution when it was dealing with limited time, resources, and students’ outcomes.
