Author Submits an Article

The author uploads their manuscript using the official IC-AnBioS template.

Editor Assigns a Reviewer

  • Editor selects a reviewer based on expertise and availability.
  • The reviewer is invited and granted access to the article.

Reviewer Reviews the Article

  • All reviews are conducted through Conference System.
  • Follows a double-blind peer review system.

Editor Decision

Based on reviewer feedback, the editor decides:

❌ Rejected: Article does not meet standards; process ends.
✏️ Accepted with Revisions: Author submits a revised version.

Author Revises Article

  • Revise according to reviewer comments.
  • Submit revised version with a response document.

Author Receives LoA

If the revised manuscript meets standard quality, the author receives an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Author Pays Registration Fee

If applicable, the author completes the registration payment required for publication.
